Shipping Policy

At Splash Vintage Apparel, we strive to get all ordered shipped between 5-7 business days. This timeline is not a guarantee and can take shorter or longer than 5-7 business days. Each order is perfectly wrapped, packaged and prepared by our team. 

You will automatically be sent an email with your tracking number when we are packaging your order. Sometimes it might take 1-2 days for us to actually get it in the hands of the carrier, but once your package is in their hands, the timeline can vary based on location.  If you do not provide your email address on the order you will not receive your tracking number.

Please note, once an order has been passed to the carrier we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your products are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email splashvintage21@gmail.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim.

PLEASE NOTE: the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. 

If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. 

If a package comes back as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination.
